C-Success Corp ("PrivaCore Group," "we," "us") is a Canadian cybersecurity, fraud, and privacy risk advisory based in Vancouver, BC. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through privacoregroup.com, in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable BC law. It applies to this website only — it is separate from the terms under which we deliver a paid engagement, which are covered in a written scope of work.
Only what you give us directly.
Contact form
Name, email address, business name, industry, team size, service interest, the optional focus-area checkboxes and clarity notes you provide, and your consent record. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms.
Free Business Fraud Check
Your answers stay in your browser only. They are not transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or logged anywhere — the tool works entirely client-side.
Optional checklist email
If you choose to have your Business Fraud Check summary emailed to you, we collect only the email address you provide for that single purpose.
What we don't collect
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels on this site. Please never send passwords, banking details, patient records, or other sensitive information through any form on this site.
To respond to you, and for no other reason.
- To respond to your inquiry and answer the specific questions you asked
- To discuss and, if you choose, scope a requested service
- To manage a prospective or existing business relationship
- To protect this site from abuse (see the honeypot note below)
- To meet applicable legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. The contact form includes a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam; it collects nothing from real visitors.
Who else sees this information.
Netlify hosts this website and processes contact-form and email-checklist submissions on our behalf. Our email provider processes information when we respond to you. We do not use any other third-party service to collect or process information on this site.
How long we keep it.
We retain contact-form and checklist-email submissions only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage a resulting business relationship, and meet legal and accounting requirements — then we delete or anonymize the record. Business Fraud Check answers are never retained by us in the first place, because they never leave your browser.
You can ask us to show, fix, or delete it.
Under PIPEDA, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent to our continued use of it (subject to legal or contractual limits). Email info@privacoregroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we have not handled your information appropriately, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
